Tired of being tired?... This session will be led by Dr. Jacqueline Barnett of George Washington University, and is expected to result in the development of self-directed care plans aimed at improving and including physical health in career advancement strategies.  Her focus will be on highlighting the connections between professional advancement and physical strength.  To meaningfully engage in this discussion, it’s necessary for all of us to understand our own internal levels of cholesterol, good and bad fats, glucose, etc.  Conclave invitees have been STRONGLY encouraged to schedule an appointment with their primary care physician and request a full blood work up….and bring it to this session!  Dr. Barnett will review with us the meanings of the numbers, stress the importance of knowing our numbers, and provide information on how to regulate these numbers for optimal health and career advancement.  Dr. Barnett has also requested that we consider keeping a food diary the week prior to the Conclave along with a journal of our daily activities.
